Customization & Pre-orders

For customized or pre-ordered items, processing times may vary. The estimated processing time will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after they have been processed.

Express Shipping

For faster delivery, you may choose our Express Shipping option at checkout. Express orders are generally delivered within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping (India)

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

• Express Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can track your shipment using the tracking number on the courier partner's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after you receive your tracking details.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• Deliveries to certain remote or inaccessible locations may take additional time. If your shipment is expected to be delayed, our team will notify you.

Lost or Damaged Items
